3 Easy Steps to Enter VASA

 

Step 1: Commit

Fill out the Commitment and Entry Form and send it, along with your check or purchase order to: VASA Exhibition

*You do not need to know the students’ names or titles of the artwork at this point,

you are simply committing to showing student work at the VASA show this year and paying entry fees.

Due Date: March 3rd, 2012

(You will receive a confirmation email when your commitment form and payment is received)

 

 

Step 2: Identify student and Artwork

 

An Inventory List and an Information Tag will be emailed to you upon receiving your commitment form.

 

Fill out the Inventory List electronically and email it back to katie.oakley.ko@gmail.com by

March 17th.

 

Also, the student will need to fill out the Information Tag and have it signed by their parent/guardian.

Hold on to this form, as it will need to be taped to the back of the student’s artwork before drop-off and submission into the show.

 

Step 3: Deliver artwork with Information tag

 

Prepare the artwork for display (frame and wire), then attach the Information Tag to the back.
