Arizona Art Education Association
Presents Its 2011 Fall State Conference
“Pinetop Rocks: Back to Nature and a Little Bit More”
“If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams … he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.”
From Walden by Henry David Thoreau pg 296.
In keeping with Walden ideal, the 2011 art camp will deliver something for everyone! Every presentation, workshop, hike, special event will guide art teachers to strengthen their own creativity and dreams as well as that of their students from artistic experiences to advocacy and funding. Workshop breakout sessions will be those that can be done with limited resources. In addition, a collection of funding sources and ideas for fundraising will be provided on the AAEA website to all conference participants.
Come up to the Pines and join in a rebirth of yourself, your program and your students at Camp Tatiyee. Rejoice in the best of the visual arts! And leave rejuvenated to give your best to your students, your school and your community!
Conference Presentation proposals will be due on April 4, 2011. If you have any questions, contact: Jackie Johnson at jjluvsart@gmail.com or Gretchen Boyer at drgretch@eduhelp.com.
